Unsere Mitarbeit*innen sind das Kernstück unserer Firma. Bei uns heißt es, jede/n Mitarbeiter*in mit seinen persönlichen Werten, Zielen und Eigenschaften wertzuschätzen und weiterzuentwickeln.
Mitarbeiter*innen sollen sich „ganz“ zur Arbeit bringen können, um so kreativ, motiviert und produktiv arbeiten zu können.
Zudem konzentrieren wir uns nicht nur auf eine mobile Zukunft und anpassungsfähige Marketingkonzepte, sondern auch auf die nächste Generation von Fachkräften! Neben Spaß an der Arbeit, liegt uns die Karriere, Förderung, Ausbildung und Weiterentwicklung jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters sehr am Herzen.

WORKING MODEL
At Traderunner, we want to create a balance between work and free time. We finish work at 12:00 on Fridays, giving us more time to start the weekend. We want to offer people a professional life that involves education, opportunities and personal space.
TEAMBUIDLING
Together for success - it's not just about the development of individual team members, but also about making the team strong as a whole. Supporting and appreciating each other is a priority for us. We want to support this through team building and joint barbecue events in addition to professional team activities.
