At the beginning, the focus was on a clear objective: to make product training more efficient and customer-oriented - without logistical effort on the customer side. Today, the show truck is on the road throughout Europe and is an integral part of norelem communication: whether in exchange with industrial customers, promoting young talent at universities or as a highlight at sports and specialist events.

We took a closer look and conducted a short interview with Philipp Schwaderer, Project Manager Talents & Training, from norelem Normelemente GmbH & Co. KG to find out more about the idea, the application and the feedback on the show truck:
- What requirements and goals did norelem have at the start of the show truck project?
Make customer visits more efficient by conducting product training directly on site without the customer having to provide rooms or other resources. At the same time, the product portfolio can be customized and tailored to the customer's needs within minutes."
2. how is the show truck currently used in everyday life and which target groups do you address with it?
"The show truck is already on the road in its seventh country this year. As well as visiting customers, it also stops off at schools, universities and student projects such as Formula Student. It is also used at various events, such as the norelem run beach in France and various bicycle races."
3. what feedback do you receive from customers and visitors about the training courses in the truck?
"Individually adapted, precisely tailored to customer needs - flexible and easy to implement. Time savings for the customer, as each employee is only there for as long as they are interested, no travel to trade fairs etc."
4. which features of the truck have proved particularly successful in use?
"The show truck is ready for use in just a few minutes - simply plug it in, open it up and get started. Die Größe eignet sich ideal für Gruppen von bis zu 15 Personen, wirkt aber auch bei kleineren Gruppen ab fünf Personen nicht überdimensioniert. Thanks to the permissible total weight of 3.5 tons, it can be driven with a regular car driver's license."
5. how did you experience the cooperation with Traderunner in planning and implementation?
"In the past, the collaboration has always run smoothly. Due to the intensive use of the show truck, regular maintenance work and minor repairs are naturally required - these have always been carried out reliably and without any problems. Once there was a problem with the floor film, which was fixed quickly and free of charge."
